5 tips for speaking English confidently

Alfredo has recently gotten a new job as a teacher. He teaches Italian, but many of his colleagues don’t speak Italian, they speak only English. So, when they have teachers’ meeting, he always feels nervous because he doesn’t speak English fluently.
One time, the headmaster asked him if he could say a few words about his Italian class. Alfredo hesitated, but everyone stared at him, waiting for him to say something. He was so nervous and anxious that he could barely say a few words.
He started to talk and after each sentence, he made a long pause.
Everyone was waiting for him to continue, but he was barely able to hold himself together and not let his voice break.
